加中教科文协会是在加拿大联邦注册的非盈利组织，总部位于多伦多，英文全称为“CANADA CHINA EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION”。协会的宗旨是促进加中两国在教育、科技、文化等领域的交流、合作与发展。

本协会的主要任务是在加中各级政府以及中国驻多伦多总领事馆的支持和帮助下，为加中教育界、科技界、文化界的专家、学者、文学家、艺术家、企业家搭建一个交流与合作平台，从而为促进加中教育事业发展、科学技术进步和文化繁荣做出积极的贡献。

本协会计划开展的主要活动包括：举办各类文艺演出和各类展览，组织高规格主题年会、研讨会和国际论坛；组织加中企事业单位和个人的互访活动；根据本会的宗旨或接受个人、社团、政府部门的委托，承办与本协会宗旨相符的各种交流和促进活动；为协会会员提供有关教育、科技、文化、商贸方面的活动和项目信息以及实践机会。

本协会自2012年成立以来，已经承办、组织、参与了文化、教育、科技方面的多项活动。主办了2013年由著名笑星、中国广播艺术团团长冯巩先生领衔出演的和2014年由巩汉林先生领衔出演的“五洲同乐”多伦多中秋晚会，参与主办了2014年和2015年由中国文化部派出的海外联欢晚会“五洲同春”，2015年协办、2016年主办了“加中跨境电商论坛”、2017年主办了“第三届加中电子商务峰会”。该大会已经成为最早最大最权威的加中合办电子商务大会。协会还协办了多场多伦多本地文艺团体的演出，如李德伦音乐基金会举办的“中西汇粹新年交响音乐会”，“情系雅安”大型电视赈灾义演等等。此外还每年主办“中国易经文化”系列公益讲座，协办了“爱心·教育”慈善晚会，为国内的贫困学生募集捐款，同时也积极推动中加两国之间的教育合作、留学深造以及学术交流活动。科技合作与交流方面，2012年本会为中国科技部和安大略省政府在多伦多联合主办的“中国-加拿大（安大略省）科技合作论坛”的举办提供了支持。本协会深度参与了旨在体现加中高科技产业领域合作的“万锦市高科技工业园区”的一系列论证与推介工作。本协会还负责接洽了多个中国政府和商界的考察访问活动，为推动两国政府与科技贸易层面的交流与合作做出了积极贡献。

本协会创会会长为多伦多著名主持人、策划人，前漳州电视台主持人，高级电脑工程师刘莹。

The Canada China Educational, Scientific and Cultural Association, CCESCA is a non-profit organization registered in Canada, headquarter located in Toronto, Ontario. The statement of mission reads: To promote the exchanges, cooperation and development of education, science and technology and culture between Canada and China.

The major commitment of CCESCA is described as to establish the bridge and platform in exchange of personnel, thoughts and knowledge in the fields of education, science, technology, and culture between Canada and China. And in order to see prosperous and abundant results in CCESCA commitment.

CCESCA is involved in event planning and coordination, including but not to limit: organizing stage performances, shows and exhibitions; organizing and co-hosting high-end theme conferences, symposiums and international forums; organizing matching visits to Canadian counterparts with Chinese enterprises, institutions and professionals; Otherwise, to receive the assignment set by professionals, associations, government functions, in coordination with such in line with CCESCA commitment. As well in benefit of CCESCA members, in the same areas and fields.

Since its inception in 2012, CCESCA has undertaken, organized and participated in various activities related to culture, education and science and technology. Just to mention a few as follows, to have hosted a Chinese comedian show in 2013, starring Mr. Feng Gong, and, in his company, the Chinese Broadcasting Troupe, as well, in 2014, to have hosted the program, Continental Spring starring Mr. Hanlin Gong. 2014 and 2015 jointly saw a Toronto Mid-Autumn Gala, Continental Fun, which was assigned overseas by the Chinese state cultural department, co-hosted by CCESCA, CCESCA, in 2015 once co-organized, played a major role in the event of 2016 Canada-China Cross-border Business Forum. In 2017, CCESCA hosted the 3rd Canada-China E-Commerce Summit, which has become the first and the most prestigious E-commerce event sponsored by Canadian and Chinese governments.

CCESCA also co-organized several Toronto local arts performances, such as the “Symphony Concert of the New Year in China and the West”, the “Love of Ya’an”, and other performances organized by the Li Delun Music Foundation. In addition, it organizes the “China Book of Changes” series of public lectures, co-organized the “love education” charity party, to raise donations for poor students, but also actively promotes educational cooperation between China and Canada, researches and academic exchanges The Science and Technology Cooperation and Exchange, in 2012, an Association for Science and Technology of China worked together with Ontario Provincial Government in Toronto co-sponsored the “China – Canada (Ontario) Science and Technology Cooperation Forum” to provide support. CCESCA is deeply involved in the demonstration and promotion of “Markham Hi-Tech Industrial Park”, which aims at reflecting the cooperation of high-tech industry in Canada. CCESCA is also responsible for approaching a number of Chinese government and business study visits to promote the two governments and science and technology level of trade exchanges and cooperation has made a positive contribution.

Ms Rain Ying Liu, the CCESCA founding president is also known in Toronto as a prominent master of ceremony, and an event planner, a former TV hostess, as well as the senior software architect.
